Companionship
Our caregivers provide engaging companionship for your loved one which prevents feelings of loneliness and isolation by creating new opportunities for socialization and engagement.
Examples: reminiscing, cooking, baking, walking, exercises, movie nights, etc.

Homemaking
Small chores add up quickly. At Faith In-Home Care, we deliver light housekeeping to ease the burden of maintaining a home.
Examples: cleaning, linen changes, laundry, meal preparation, etc.

Personal Care
Daily tasks can be a challenge, so we are here to help! Our trained caregivers follow a personalized care plan created to meet your very specific needs.
Examples: medication reminders, bathing/showering, grooming, dressing, transfers, and toileting.

End-Of-Life Care
End-of-life care services offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support during the final season of life. Although our program does not include hospice care, our caregivers work closely with your existing hospice or palliative care provider.

Respite Care
Respite care allows temporary relief for the primary caregiver. Most often for refreshment or to address their own personal health needs. The goal of respite care is to provide a seamless transition of care to the client until their primary caregiver returns.

Meet the Owner

Jenny Vandermyde
Our Administrative Director with more than 15 years of health and service industry experience. Jenny is all too familiar with the struggle to find quality home care for a loved one. She serves in honor of her heavenly mother who lived and loved big despite having Multiple Sclerosis. In everything she does, she does it to bring glory to God, who has blessed her abundantly.
